Flip the pan, not the food. This double-sided ceramic frying pan closes into a sealed skillet and turns over in one motion — so omelettes, pancakes, fish and toasted sandwiches cook evenly on both sides without ever breaking apart on the spatula.
Cook on the open lower pan as you normally would. When the first side is done, fold the upper pan over, secure the handles together, and turn the whole thing over. The food transfers to the other side intact and finishes cooking — no spatula, no flipping technique, no broken omelettes.

Let the pan cool, then wipe the ceramic surface with a soft sponge and washing-up liquid. Avoid abrasive scourers and metal utensils, which can damage any non-stick coating, and use low to medium heat to keep the surface in good condition over time.

Do I still need a spatula? Not for turning. You cook on one side, fold the pan closed, and flip the whole pan — the food turns with it. A spatula is only handy for serving.
Will it work on my hob? It's designed for gas stoves and works directly over a flame.
Does food leak out when I flip it? The two halves close together before you turn it, which keeps the contents enclosed. Avoid overfilling — leave a little room so the pan can shut properly.
Do I need oil or butter? The ceramic non-stick surface releases food cleanly, so you can use much less than you would in a standard pan. A light coating still helps with browning.
How do I clean it? Hand wash with a soft sponge once cooled. Skip abrasive pads and metal tools to protect the coating.
What is it best at? Anything that is a pain to flip — omelettes, pancakes and fried eggs are what it is really built for.
arsThe "Spatula-Free" Secret to Fluffy Omelets. Best buy ever!!!
Works like a PRO
Amazing for pancakes eggs ham
Best omelet pan ever!
OMG I LOVE this pan! My omelets are now perfect EVERY TIME! They are also super light and fluffy (I use 3 eggs and a dash of cream). Tip: Make sure your omelet is not too runny before you flip it—and flip it over the sink—as water can condense and spill on the stove. I also cook both sides well and often add cheese and fold it in half. It just slides out of the pan without even needing a spatula! Another tip: Let the pan cool well before you clean it. Most times I just need a soft paper towel with a little bit of soap to clean it because nothing sticks. My omelets were so sad before and now I feel like they look like restaurant quality! I did a LOT of research and took a chance on this inexpensive pan and it really payed off. Will definitely be giving these for Christmas this year.
